More convenient flap handle location in what was 328TC

Early 90’s short tail

The handle pulls a cable which rotates the triangular bellcrank to which both flap cables attach. The flap handle is that black tube which starts behind the seat belt and extends forward to just ahead of the spar carry through where you grab it.

Below the handle has been pulled.

Push pulls are shorter as is activating cable (on a short tail), handle is convenient and out of the way

Builder feels everything may have been overbuilt and would simplify next time.
